Each lamp is a made-to-order, handcrafted piece, so we hold every order to a high standard before it ships. If something isn't right when your piece arrives, we'll make it right.

Damaged or defective items: If your lamp arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at otisresinart@outlook.com with clear photos or a short video. Once reviewed and approved, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Money-back guarantee: We stand behind our craft with a 30-day guarantee. If you're not satisfied, get in touch within 30 days of delivery and we'll work with you toward a replacement or refund.

Change-of-mind returns: Because these are custom, made-to-order pieces, change-of-mind returns are considered case by case. Items must be unused and in original condition, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
