OtisMakesArt — Shipping & Delivery

Every lamp is hand-poured and cured to order, so a little patience is part of the craft — good things forged in resin are never rushed.

Processing (production) time: 10–20 business days. Each piece is made individually and must fully cure before it can safely leave the workshop.

Transit time: 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination.

Total estimated delivery: roughly 15–30 business days from order to doorstep.

Shipping cost: Free worldwide shipping on every order.

Tracking: As soon as your lamp ships, a tracking number is sent to the email on your order. Please allow a few days for tracking to begin updating — this is normal while your piece is in transit.

Please note: Once an order leaves our hands, delivery timelines rest with the carrier and local customs. We can't be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier handling, or other circumstances beyond our control.
